Tuesday was a cloudy, and cooler day, that started out with rain. We spent more time indoors. We also took a trip into Hurricane and did a little grocery shopping.
Lunch was a real treat. I don't have a picture of the finished product, but Grandpa Cooper made a delicious black bean soup that we all enjoyed! He used two types of peppers that he fire-roasted first.
Another project was making some rhubarb jam...
Also here is a rhubarb pie in the making. (This is a favorite in the Cooper family!)
In the evening we did get out for a walk.
Erica went back to put on "sensible shoes" and returned wearing these. LOL !
